Experienced Support Workers for Specialist Schools in Shrewsbury
Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday) with Part-Time Options Available

Aspire People are looking for passionate and experienced Support Workers to join our team, providing essential support in specialist schools across the Shrewsbury area. The schools we support cater to students with a range of additional needs.

Key Responsibilities:
* Work one-on-one or in small groups supporting pupils with additional needs.
* Assist with educational activities, including supporting learning objectives and helping to manage behaviour.
* Help students with personal care needs where necessary.
* Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
* Monitor and report on students progress and well-being.
* Be able to be adaptable and understanding to the needs of individual pupils.

Requirements:
