Female Relief Support Worker

About the Role:

You will support individuals in their own homes to live as independently as possible. This involves following daily plans, helping with financial management, personal care, domestic support, and medication administration.

A rewarding part of the role is encouraging participation in community activities to enhance social inclusion.

Part-time hours: 14 hours per week

Relief positions: We ask that you are flexible to cover days, evenings, weekends, and waking nights.

If you drive, it is recommended but not essential.

An enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.
