Support Worker - Portsmouth (PO4)

Location: Portsmouth | Hours: Full-Time & Part-Time (22.5-37.5 hours/week)

The current pay rate of £12.76 per hour will be increasing to £13.04 per hour from 1st November.

About the Role

You’ll be part of a large, supportive team in Portsmouth, working with seven individuals who have a range of disabilities and high health needs. This includes four ladies and three gentlemen who love getting out and about—whether it's for walks, boat rides, live music, cinema trips, or shows. Communication styles vary, and several individuals require full support with personal care and household tasks, as well as manual handling (including hoisting and wheelchair use).

Shift Patterns
  • 7:00am - 2:30pm
  • 2:30pm - 10:00pm
  • Alternate weekends and bank holidays
  • One split shift per month (Shift patterns will be discussed interview)
