Job summary

Priory Group’s Beach House in Poole is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join a compassionate team. The role is permanent and full-time, with a pay of £13.45 per hour, located at Beach House in Poole.

We aim to empower residents with learning disabilities and complex needs to live as independently as possible. We offer full training, development pathways, and a supportive work environment within a Priory Group home on a quiet street near Poole and Bournemouth.

Beach House are looking for Support Workers to join the team.

Beach House is located between the Branksome and Parkstone areas of Poole. Our home offers assessment and residential support for seven males and females who have a learning disability and who may be on the autism spectrum. We can also support people with complex conditions and communication difficulties. Beach House is situated on a quiet street, within easy reach of both Poole and Bournemouth.

Our team are dedicated to empowering and encouraging the people we care for to develop the skills they need to live as independently as possible. We want to support people working towards a level of independence which matches with their skills, confidence and aspirations.

What you'll be doing

You'll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the service. Whether you're assisting with day-to-day operations, supporting with care requirements, keeping things organised, or ensuring our spaces are well looked after, your support plays an important part in creating a positive experience for those who live and work here.You can find additional information in the attached job description.
