Responsibilities
  • Assist the people we support in all aspects of daily living as needed.
  • Assist in designing and developing support/care plans and reviews.
  • Contribute to monitoring individuals’ progress and report any issues to the appropriate personnel.
  • Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Non-British citizen applicants are required to undertake an English language assessment as part of the recruitment process.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
