About the Role

We are seeking compassionate, reliable and dedicated support workers to join a small, dynamic care team assisting a vibrant young man in his early 30s with cerebral palsy. He is full of energy, loves being active in the community, and thrives with the right support.

You will work on a 2:1 basis, delivering tailored, person-centred care in his home and out in the community.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Administering medication
  • Moving & handling (hoist use required)
  • Gastrostomy & personal care
  • Supporting with community activities & outings
  • Completing admin tasks & light household duties
Training & Support

We provide fully paid, high-quality training to CQC standards, including:

  • Full induction & ongoing development
  • Safeguarding Adults
  • Health & Safety / First Aid / Food Hygiene
  • Moving & handling (hoist use)
  • Administration of medication via PEG
  • Gastrostomy care & pressure area care
  • Epilepsy awareness

All training must be completed prior to start date and is paid at £15.00 per hour
