Requirements of the Role
  • We welcome people with no previous care experience, FULL training will be provided. But you should have compassion, respect and a desire to support people in your community!
  • Car & valid driving licence
  • Right To Work:You must have the right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
  • Location:We recruit colleagues local to our teams, to support their local communities, so we can't accommodate relocation. Please ensure that you live within approximately 5-10 miles of our Kidlington team.
  • Shift Times: 5 hour blocks (mornings shifts from 7am-12pm and 8am-1pm, and evening shifts from 3pm-8pm and 4pm-9pm)it means that you can find a healthy work-life balance. You must be available to work on alternate weekends, as well as weekdays!
  • Part Time and Flexi roles available
  • Real Living Wage employer, we pay you forFull Shifts (not just contact time)-£14.21 p/hrfor time spent supporting people and£12.21 p/hrfor the rest of your time – those hours between visits, travelling, training and connecting with your team
