Job description

University Care are looking for mental health/learning disabilities team leader who personally wants to make a difference in the lives of the individuals we support based at our existing specialised homes in Nottingham.

As a team leader you will be providing support to the manager along with a combination of support, personal care, and domestic care. You will be empathetic and understanding of the trauma those in our care have suffered, which can manifest into challenging behaviours. Lone working is part of this job role along with on call.
