In this role you will be supporting a young female with fluctuating mental health needs. This will include helping her with personal care and encouraging him to take part in activities, and making sure her needs are met. Support work is a highly rewarding role where you assist individuals, often with autism, learning disabilities, mental health needs, or physical challenges, to live as independently and confidently as possible. As a Support Worker, you'll provide practical help with daily tasks, offer emotional encouragement, and promote social inclusion, enabling people to lead fulfilling lives at home and in the community.
