A healthcare provider in North Wales seeks experienced Support Workers to provide person-centered care to clients with spinal injuries. The role requires an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care. With competitive hourly rates and opportunities for training development, the candidates will support clients in daily activities and ensure their safety and well-being. Full training is provided for those with less experience.

We are looking to recruit experienced, highly motivated, and proactive Support Workers with an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and a full clean driving licence to work in Wrexham, Mold, Flint, and surrounding areas of North Wales.
You will be required to attend our company training, which includes staying away from home for 5 days. We will cover travel and accommodation costs, and provide breakfast and lunch.
Meet our clients:
We support three male clients in their own homes, aged between 35 and 60, all with spinal injuries and additional needs such as Tractotomy, Peg Feeding, and/or Mental Health issues.
You will support with daily care and encourage clients to enjoy social activities such as meeting friends at the pub, watching movies, and visiting family.
