A renowned charity organization in Margate is seeking Support Workers to provide compassionate care and support to individuals with complex disabilities. This permanent role requires no prior experience as full training will be provided. Applicants must have a manual driving licence to operate Sense vehicles. The position offers 37.5 hours of work per week with a competitive salary of £12.50 per hour.

We have a fantastic opportunity at our CQC outstanding service in Margate for Support Workers to join our team. This is a permanent role, working 37.5 hours per week.
You must hold a full manual UK Driver’s Licence and be willing to drive a Sense vehicle for this role.
You don’t need any previous experience to become a support worker with Sense. We’ll give you full training for our part time and full time roles.
Sense is offering a Support Worker in Margate at £12.50 per hour.
Our service is home to four very characterful individuals with very different personalities. We believe first and foremost that this is their home we just happen to work in it, and it should feel homely and comfortable. We are looking for someone with a can‑do attitude and a great problem solver able to coach members of the team.
The person‑centered care at our service has helped the creative development of our garden area, helped the people we support become part of the local society and meant they have maintained strong links with their family members. One of our people was even able to fulfil their desire of climbing the O2!
