About the Role

As a Support Worker, you’ll be part of a close‑knit team offering steady, thoughtful care that helps people feel safe, confident and involved in daily life.

  • Supporting people to take part in activities at home and out in the community

What We’re Looking For

  • A commitment to completing a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care within two years

  • Must hold a valid British driving licence and be willing to drive for the company
  • Have a solid understanding of vulnerable adults or child development and children's needs
