Salutem Care and Education is seeking a Waking Night Support Worker to provide high-quality, person-centred care in a safe, supportive environment. You will follow individual plans, support wellbeing, monitor health needs and assist with daily living tasks while maintaining detailed records and promoting independence.

The role requires compassionate, proactive team players who communicate well, are organized, and committed to inclusion and safeguarding.
