Support Worker – Location: Leatherhead – Salary: £12.75 per hour – Service Type: Supported Living – Speciality: Mental Health

Active Prospects are recruiting for a Support Worker to join our friendly team in Leatherhead. This service supports 6 young adults with autism and learning disabilities to live independently.

Responsibilities
  • Provide empathetic, person-centred support to young adults with autism and learning disabilities.
  • Support individuals to develop daily living skills and progress towards independent living.
  • Attend training opportunities and work as part of a collaborative team.
