Overview

Creative Support is seeking warm, reliable, and proactive Support Workers to join our friendly team in Blackpool, Lancashire. We provide quality care and support for individuals with learning disabilities in a vibrant service where no two days are the same.

Responsibilities
  • Support service users in activities including employment, volunteering, community engagement, and daily living tasks at home.
  • Encourage service users to engage in social activities both within and outside their homes.
  • Develop warm, trusting relationships with service users and their families to ensure they enjoy their time to the fullest.
Shift patterns and hours

We offer both full-time and part-time hours with a willingness to work sleep-ins and cover various shift patterns (early, mid, late).

Qualifications and requirements
  • No previous care experience is necessary; a passion for providing person-centred care and support in a bright, friendly environment is welcome.
  • Willingness to work across different shift patterns and to participate in full training and development.
Training and progression

Full training is provided, with the opportunity to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
