A leading childcare organization is seeking a Support Worker to provide emotional and practical support in a children's residential care setting. You will act as a trusted adult, helping children with daily routines and fostering independence. The role offers full training and a chance to make a genuine difference in children's lives. The position is permanent with a competitive hourly wage ranging from £14 to £14.50 based on experience.

As a Support Worker, you’ll act as a positive role model and trusted adult in a child’s life. You’ll provide emotional support and practical guidance, while also creating a safe and supportive environment.
You’ll work closely with colleagues, social workers, teachers, and therapists – forming part of a multidisciplinary team all working in the child’s best interests.
You don’t need all the qualifications – we care about who you are as a person.
Experience in mental health, social care, or with children and young people is highly desirable, but not essential – full training is provided.
