Job summary

Search Consultancy is recruiting Support Workers to join our Bank Hours team in the Hull area. We offer next-day interviews and free DBS checks, with roles in private healthcare settings supporting individuals with mental health needs and learning difficulties.

Positions are temporary/adhoc with 100% flexible shifts across high-quality care environments. You’ll work with a supportive team, gain varied experience, and receive competitive pay. Shortlisted applicants will undergo a video interview.

About this role

Search Consultancy are currently recruiting for Support Workers to join our ever expanding Bank Hours team within the Hull area. We are currently operating a fast track recruitment process with next day interviews available and free DBS checks.

We are recruiting Support Workers on a temporary / ad hoc basis to work in various private healthcare settings, supporting service users with mental health illnesses and learning difficulties.

Key Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living tasks
• Assist with mobility and safe moving & handling
• Support with meals and hydration
• Promote independence and encourage choice
• Monitor wellbeing and report concerns appropriately
• Maintain accurate records and follow care plans

Suitable candidates will:

• Have worked a minimum of 6 months recent experience in a healthcare setting.
