Flexible Working Patterns

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you'll provide compassionate, person-centred care to children and young people in a residential setting. You'll help them develop life skills, communication, independence, and emotional resilience.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting children with daily routines, emotional regulation, and social interaction
  • Assisting with sensory, communication, or behavioural needs in line with individual care plans
  • Encouraging independence and building on strengths in a structured and nurturing environment
  • Promoting inclusion, dignity, and a sense of belonging
  • Working collaboratively with families, colleagues, therapists, and professionals
  • Ensuring safeguarding and high standards of care are maintained at all times
