Location: Herne Bay

Pay: £13.50 per hour + £50 per sleep-in

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? We are looking for experienced Support Workers to join our clients dedicated team in a children's residential setting in Herne Bay.

What we're looking for
  • NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People (or equivalent) - essential
  • Experience with working with children with EBD needs
  • Previous experience working in a children's residential setting
  • A caring, resilient, and professional approach
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
What you'll do
  • Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people
  • Promote independence, well-being, and positive outcomes
  • Support daily routines, activities, and educational needs
  • Contribute to care plans and ensure safeguarding standards are met
  • Work flexible shifts, including sleep-ins (£50 per sleep-in allowance)
