Role Description

As a Support Worker at Bridges Home Care, you will provide person-centered care and assistance to individuals in their homes in South Oxfordshire. This role involves

• Assisting with personal care, mobility, and medication reminders
• Supporting local individuals to stay independent in their own homes.

You will build trusting relationships with clients and their networks, offering practical and emotional support that aligns with each person’s goals.
