About The Company

The Harmony House Family are recruiting! We are a 34 bed home split into two areas. One area supports Short stay respite for 4 individuals and 1 emergency bed The main part of the building supports 24 adults with mental health diagnosis who we supported following hospital discharges. We provide a step down from hospital, transitioning individuals back into the community. Some of the individuals we support enjoy doing the garden and doing a few jobs around the service and All of the individuals we support are usually up for a party, we’ve thrown everything from a hoedown to celebrating the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee! We love bingo, all things music, oh and we absolutely love making pizzas! We achieve all this and much more thanks to our team who believe in us all and help us to overcome any challenges we face day to day.
