United Response is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Harrogate to empower people we support in their daily lives. You will assist with dressing, personal care, finances and appointments, while helping clients pursue employment, volunteering and hobbies.

We provide comprehensive training online and in person, and welcome applicants with empathy, integrity and a genuine commitment to dignity and respect. DBS checks apply and rolling interviews.

• Position: Support Worker Location: Harrogate
• Hours: 37.5
• Salary: £13.25 per hour

United Response are looking for a full time support worker with experience in challenging Behaviour and lone working for our service in Harrogate.

Our support workers are the heart of everything we do. We want you to empower the people we support to live their lives how they want to, whether that's travelling the world or spending time in their local park! All we ask is that you have the commitment and drive to encourage and guide the people we support to make this happen.

This position is all about building relationships with the people you will be supporting while helping them with their day-to-day routine in line with their personal support plans such as dressing, personal care, finances, medication, attending any appointments along with employment, Volunteering and hobbies.

While previous experience in social care is not essential, it is vital that you bring empathy, integrity, and a genuine commitment to treating others with dignity and respect. Comprehensive training will be provided, both online and in person, to support you in your role.
