A charitable organization supporting autistic individuals is seeking a passionate Support Worker in London. The role involves helping individuals achieve their personal goals and integrating them into the community. Ideal candidates will have some experience supporting vulnerable individuals, though training is provided. This part-time position offers a salary of £15,238.08 per annum and various perks including annual leave and pension benefits.

Our Mansfield House Centre is based within easy reach of main line transportation links and community facilities, providing daily access opportunities for the people we support. Through person centred planned activities, our Centre aims to promote independence, develop skills and coping strategies while empowering individuals to make decisions and work toward their personal goals and outcomes
Croydon Centre, Mansfield House, is located in south Croydon.
The service provides support Monday to Friday 0915 to 1515

We are looking for Support Workerswith the passion to work with our fantastic teams. Ideally, you will have a background in supporting autistic people but if not, we have a fantastic training programme that will get you on your way to achieving a fulfilling job that will beat most out there. You may have a personal connection, a desire to work with or real-life experiences working with autistic people. You will have experience supporting vulnerable people in a residential setting and if you share our values and are willing to make a difference to the lives of autistic people,we’dlove to hear from you.
This advert is for apart time permanentposition, 24hours per week. The salary for this position is£15,238.08per annum.
Possession of a driving licence (minimum one year) isdesirablefor this role.
