Job summary

Lifeways in Fife is recruiting Support Workers to help launch our new services, supporting people with complex needs to live independently in their own homes. The role focuses on compassionate care, relationship-building, and enabling service users to thrive within their communities.

We value kindness, patience and a genuine desire to help others. Experience is helpful, but your attitude and willingness to learn are essential as we grow this new service together.

• Full-Time and part time
