A local care provider in Folkestone is seeking compassionate support workers to assist individuals with learning disabilities and autism. This role involves delivering personal care, assisting with daily living tasks, and empowering clients to lead fulfilling lives. Candidates should have NVQ Level 2 in Social Care or be willing to achieve this qualification, alongside at least two years of care experience. Flexible full-time hours are available, including weekends.
