Overview

We are looking for a compassionate and committed Support Worker to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our Service Users. We support adults aged 18–65 living with learning disabilities, autism, brain injuries, and mental health challenges. This is a companionship-focused role, where building trust and meaningful relationships is key — although some Service Users may require personal care and support with daily living tasks. As a Support Worker, you’ll help individuals live fulfilling lives by providing tailored support that meets their physical, emotional, and social needs, while promoting independence, dignity, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
  • Support with daily living tasks such as personal care, meals, and mobility
  • Encourage and promote independence wherever possible
  • Monitor and respond to health and well-being needs
  • Provide emotional and social support to enhance quality of life
  • Follow and implement individual care plans
