About the Service

The location is a spacious, open‑plan bungalow supporting five individuals with complex care needs. Each person has their own bedroom, and the shared living, dining, and kitchen areas create a warm, inclusive environment.

What We Provide

• Full personal care (washing, dressing, feeding)
• Oxygen therapy and suctioning
• Hoisting and manual handling
• Community‑based support and outings

This is a vibrant, person‑centred service where every individual is celebrated for who they are.

About the Role

Your day‑to‑day will include:

• Standard support worker duties
• Assisting with oxygen therapy and suctioning (training provided)
• Medication administration and manual handling
• Supporting individuals in the community

No prior experience in complex care? That’s OK – we’ll train you. What matters most is your willingness to learn and your commitment to making a difference.
