About the Role

We're on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands‑on female support workers with a passion for improving the quality of life of the people we support. As a support worker with us you'll help people gain greater independence in their daily lives, working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people!

Our residential service in Eastleigh is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same. You'll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising, and doing lots of activities. One day you could be out with the people we support in local bars and pubs; the next you could be unwinding with them playing video games, watching films, or going to the cinema. This is an amazing role for someone who is looking to really make a difference to someone's life and to help them grow in confidence and independence so that they meet their goals, whether that is making dinner by themselves or going on holiday.

Responsibilities
  • Support individuals to gain greater independence in everyday activities.
  • Teach and encourage the development of new life skills.
  • Assist with personal care and enable access to local communities.
  • Engage in social activities and promote wellbeing.
  • Follow Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice.
  • Provide support to individuals with enhanced care needs, including behaviours of distress, mental‑health conditions, autism, forensic histories, and trauma.
  • Work within a dynamic team in a safe, caring environment.
  • Accept satisfactory DBS checks and references.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Resilience, flexibility, and composure in approach.
  • Experience following Positive Behaviour Support plans.
  • Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support.
  • Experience with mental‑health conditions, autism, forensic histories, or trauma (preferred but not mandatory).
