Job summary

Lifeways is recruiting caring, compassionate individuals to support people with physical, learning, and complex needs to live independently at home in Sidford and Sidmouth, Devon. You will help with daily tasks and provide a friendly, reassuring presence, improving quality of life for service users in a flexible rota that includes day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Working pattern: Full-time, part-time and sessional vacancies available

We are currently hiring full-time, part-time, and sessional support workers in and around Sidford and Sidmouth. You will need to be flexible to work day, evening, and weekend shifts on a rota basis.
