A leading mental health provider in the United Kingdom is looking for passionate Support Workers to join their team. PE Global are pleased to be partnering with one of the country's leading mental health providers to support their temporary staffing needs.

The role:

We are looking for caring, hands on Support Workers who have a passion for enhancing the quality of life's of people with learning disabilities and complex care.

As relief Support Worker you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people.

We have a variety of shifts on offer to work around your availability from days/nights/weekends/sleep-in shifts - work as many or as little shifts as you would like each week.

You will be working out of our clients supporting living homes that offer a warm and friendly environment for their service users. You'll be enhancing the lives of people they support by teaching new life skills, assisting with some personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities and socialising and doing activities. Encouraging service users to live a fulfilling life.

What you'll need:
  • A minimum of 6 months experienced as a mental health Support Worker
  • Enhanced DBS
  • Excellent communication skills
