We’re looking for a compassionate and committed Support Worker to join our friendly team and make a real difference in the lives of adults across Epsom and nearby communities.

We support Adults aged 18–65 living with:

  • Learning disabilities
  • Autism
  • Brain injuries
  • Mental health challenges

This is a companionship-focused role, where building trust and meaningful relationships is key. Some individuals may also need personal care and support with daily living tasks.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Support Worker, you’ll help people live fulfilling lives by offering tailored support that meets their physical, emotional, and social needs – while promoting independence, dignity, and well-being.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering high-quality, person-centred care
  • Supporting with daily tasks like personal care, meals, and mobility
  • Encouraging independence wherever possible
  • Monitoring health and well-being
  • Providing emotional and social support
  • Following individual care plans
