What you’ll be doing:

The people we support are adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and/or complex needs. Your role involves:

  • Supporting 1-1 & 2-1 interactions and promoting positive well-being
  • Engaging enthusiastically with their interests and preferences
  • Maintaining and developing community links, supporting independent living and life skills
  • Providing personal care support
  • Working shifts including days, evenings, sleep nights, waking nights, weekends, and bank holidays

This role is within a supported living service.

  • Able to work independently, multitask, organise, and prioritise
  • Exceptional at building relationships and influencing at all levels
  • Capable of executing tasks effectively while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure
  • Quick learner, hands-on, flexible in tasks and activities
