Overview

Do you have a caring nature and love helping others stay independent? We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and patient person to join our small, supportive team in an supported living setting.

You’ll be offering companionship, encouragement and practical support — helping with daily chores, routines, meal prep, support to medical appointments and activities, while promoting confidence and independence through positive reinforcement.

Shift Details
  • Must be available for 2–3 late shifts per week
  • Evenings: around 4.5 hours per shift 4pm until 8.30pm
  • Mornings: 1 hour support around 7am until 8pm
  • Includes some weekends on rotation
  • Other services 9am until 3pm, 10am until 2pm.
  • You are expected to work across all the services and work varies shifts as above.
What We’re Looking For
  • Caring, patient and reliable person
  • Experience in care/support work helpful (but not essential – training given)
  • Must be 18+ and able to work evenings
  • Right to work in the UK
