Are you a passionate and experienced Teaching Assistant ready to make a real impact? We\'re looking for Teaching Assistant to support pupils with autism across primary schools in Bridgwater. What You'll Be Doing:
  • Providing tailored support to pupils with autism, helping them access learning in a meaningful way.
  • Working closely with teachers and support staff to create and deliver individualised learning plans.

  • Managing and responding to challenging behaviour with empathy, consistency, and professionalism.
