A national provider of health and social services is looking for a Support Worker in Reading. This full-time role involves providing personal care to adults with learning disabilities and engaging in meaningful activities in both supported living and community settings. We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity here at Potens for a Support Worker at our established Supported Living and Community Outreach services.
This is a full‑time position based in Reading, where we have a supported living service for 5 adults with learning disabilities. The people who live with us need variable support in all aspects of their lives. The level of care we provide and the outcomes for those who live with us are outstanding.
This role will also involve supporting people within their own homes out in the community. Must be a driver with a full manual licence due to service needs.
