You will need to be enthusiastic, have great people skills, and a positive and proactive approach to your role, supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health and complex needs.

Where you’ll be working:

Totton – Located on the outskirts of Totton, we are supporting an individual to live independently in their own home. We offer supported living, encouraging and enabling people to live as independently as possible within their own homes and accessing the local community & facilities. We are looking for a female Support Worker to assist our Client Sophie. The role involves building trust, providing emotional support, and helping the client to engage in activities at her pace.

We’re looking for someone who can bring calm, patience, and a sense of fun to someone’s day. Build trust, be reliable, empathetic, and take time to listen and understand. The client enjoys simple activities and emotional support is important – helping her feel safe and understood.
