Job summary

Elwood Recruitment in Edgware is seeking experienced Support Workers to assist adults with learning disabilities and elderly residents in residential services, operating on a 24-hour basis.

You will provide day-to-day support for daily living, activities, and help residents access community opportunities, while maintaining a safe, respectful living environment.

Flexible shift patterns include early, late, and night hours, with weekly pay and opportunities for training and development.

Qualifications

• A minimum of six months experience in care and support work within the UK
• Demonstrable experience supporting adults with learning disabilities
