Job summary

Hft is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to empower learning disabled adults to live life their way. You’ll help people to be independent, participate in activities, and manage daily life with dignity and choice.

You’ll work to promote health and safety, support health appointments and medication, and build new skills. Flexible evenings, weekends, waking and sleep-in shifts are available, with DBS checks as part of safeguarding.
