We are looking for a Support worker to join our Services in Magheramason, Derry, Londonderry BT47,What you’ll be doing.Supporting individuals with a learning disability/autism and behaviours that challenge within their own homes on a 2:1 basis 24 7You will support the residents with all aspects of daily living, personal care, and community participation.Working to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs.participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.Maintain and develop their community links, as well as accessing community and leisure pursuits to support their independent living and life skills.Supporting Male and Female.Who you are.We want individuals with a passion to support others and make a difference to their everyday lives.Can you work independently, multitask, and organise?Quick learner, hands-on, willing to be flexible in tasks and activities?Flexible Shift pattern to include days, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
