About The Role

Support Worker - Port Talbot
£12.60 - £12.80 per hour | Full Time (40.25 hrs) | Day & Night Shifts Available

At Coed Parc House in Cwmavon, near Port Talbot, you'll work as part of a supportive team providing personalised care and encouragement everyday. Each of our residents have their own self‑contained apartment – a comfortable home designed around their individual needs.

What you'll do
  • Support individuals with daily living, personal care, and activities.
  • Build positive relationships and promote independence.
  • Work closely with families and professionals to deliver the best care.
  • Choose from flexible day or night shifts to suit your lifestyle.
What we're looking for
  • A kind, compassionate attitude and great communication skills.
  • Patience, resilience, and a willingness to learn.
  • Flexibility to work a mix of shifts (including weekends).
  • A driving licence is helpful, but not essential.
