Typical shifts are 07:30-14:30, 14:30-21:30, 21:30-07:30. Sleep‑ins are an essential part of this role.

As a support worker you will help people to gain independence in daily life, providing personal care, fostering skill development, encouraging community engagement, and facilitating social activities. You will work within a dynamic team to support a diverse group of people, often alternating between community outings and in‑centre activities such as board games, films or cinema trips, and you will assist with meal preparation and holiday planning.
Having a full UK manual driving licence, experience with individuals requiring enhanced support, such as behavioural distress, mental‑health conditions, autism or trauma, resilience, flexibility, and composure is essential. A genuine passion for enhancing quality of life and a commitment to personal growth are also required.
