Job summary

Jane Lewis Healthcare Recruitment is seeking a compassionate Support Worker in Conwy to help people with mental health conditions in residential and community settings, promoting independence and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Aged 18 or over.

• Minimum 6 months' experience in healthcare or support setting.
