This opportunity is based in a registered care home in Barnet, where you'll support seven individuals, three women and four men, aged between their 50s and 90s. This is a welcoming home where karaoke nights, football matches, and meals out are part of everyday life. Interests across the house include music, cinema, walks, day trips, and Greek culture so if you share any of these passions, you'll feel right at home. Communication styles vary, with some people using words to communicate and others using alternative methods. A calm, patient, and thoughtful approach is key. You'll also receive full, in‑person training to support individuals with epilepsy and other complex medical needs.

Shifts and working pattern: day shifts run between 7:00 am and 9:45 pm and can be split into half days (around 7.5 hours). Sleep‑in shifts are part of the full‑time role, and you'll be expected to work alternate weekends.
