ASA Recruitment is seeking experienced Support Workers who want to make a genuine difference in the lives of adults with learning disabilities and complex support needs. This role offers opportunities in residential care, supported living, community care, and other relevant settings across the care spectrum.

You will provide person-centred support, build trusting relationships, assist with daily living tasks, and help individuals develop independence and life skills while adhering to individual

Competenze

• Previous experience working as a Support Worker or in a relevant care or support role is essential.
• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, complex needs or similar support requirements is highly desirable.
• Compassionate, patient and dependable approach, with strong communication skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships and encourage independence.
• Confidence working in different settings, including community environments and lone working where required.
• Ability to work independently while recognising when to seek guidance.
• Current PVG membership or willingness to undertake the required checks.
