Job summary

Brandon Trust is seeking a Support Worker in Chipping Norton to empower autistic individuals and people with learning disabilities to live life their way. You’ll help with routines, activities, and daily living, supporting independence and personal goals.

The role offers flexible shifts on a 24/7 rota, comprehensive training, and ongoing development. A Full UK Driving Licence is essential to enable community-based support.

Support Worker
Location: Chipping Norton
Salary: £12.71 - 12.87 Per Hour + £60 per sleep-in shift
Hours: Flexible shifts on a 24/7 rota (planned in advance)
