Job summary

Search is seeking reliable, flexible, and committed support staff to join our team in Chesterfield. Must be available for full-time hours and able to work across multiple wards in a care environment.

You will support adults with mental health needs or learning disabilities, provide personal care, maintain care plans, and report safeguarding concerns. Restraint training and willingness to adapt to last-minute shifts are valued attributes.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 6 months experience in a UK care or support role
• Experience supporting individuals with mental health needs or learning disabilities
• Confidence in delivering personal care
• Ability to provide 3 years of work references and an overseas police check (if applicable)
• Overseas Police Check (if you live in the UK for less than 5 years)

We need candidates who are:

• Comfortable providing weekly availability and responding quickly when needed
