Join our caring and supportive team of support workers in Cardiff!

• Full-time and part-time available
• Early shifts, long days, and sleep-in shifts
• Full UK manual driver's license required
• Fully funded training and mentoring

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to support two ladies and one gentleman, aged between their 30s and 50s, who are passionate about making a positive impact and enjoy helping others achieve their best outcomes.
You'll engage in activities such as playing bingo, attending walking groups, swimming, and gym sessions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide full personal care support
• Administer medication
• Update support plans using IT
• Promote independence

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills

• Adaptability and resilience
• Ability to work well in a team (3 staff members on duty at one time)
