About the Role

We are currently looking for a proactive, reliable and caring Support Worker to join our team in Burton‑on‑Trent. You’ll be working within a supported living setting, providing person‑centred care to semi‑independent service users with varying support needs. This role involves working both independently as a lone worker and as part of a wider team, supporting individuals to maintain their independence, develop daily living skills, and achieve personal goals in a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver person‑centred care tailored to individual needs
  • Support service users with daily routines, activities, and life skills
  • Administer medication in line with care plans and policies
  • Carry out Moving and Handling procedures safely and effectively
  • Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records and care documentation
  • Promote independence, dignity, and choice at all times

  • Experience working within a supported living or similar care setting
  • Confident working both alone and as part of a team
  • Moving and Handling experience (essential)
