We’re recruiting Support Workers to join the Cottage 10 team at Quarriers Village, supporting individuals with complex needs in a calm, caring, and professional environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of a supportive, person-focused team. Quarriers Village — situated between the villages of Bridge of Weir and Kilmacolm — was originally built as a “cottage-homes” village in the late 19th century by philanthropist William Quarrier. Today, Quarriers is a leading Scottish social‑care charity which provides support for adults with disabilities, offering residential and supported‑living services among other care provisions.
Because Quarriers Village is a rural / low‑transport area and the people we support may rely on mobility vehicles or adapted transport, having a driving licence and access to a car is essential for this role.
