A care and support organization in Brecon is seeking dedicated Support Workers to assist individuals with autism and complex needs. Support Worker - Brecon - £12.60 to £12.80 per hour (depending on experience)

Our home is set in the scenic Brecon Beacons National Park, offering a peaceful and picturesque environment ideal for relaxation, walks, and engaging with nature. The home supports individuals with autism by providing person‑centred care in a safe, nurturing space. Individuals enjoy a variety of activities, from exploring local landmarks like Bronllys Castle and Brecon’s riverside cafés, to shopping in Merthyr or taking in the beautiful countryside.
As a Support Worker, you will be part of a close‑knit team dedicated to meeting the emotional, physical, and social needs of our individuals. Every day is unique, and you will help our individuals enjoy activities that boost their independence, confidence, and personal growth.
This job role involves regulated activity with adults and requires an enhanced DBS with barred list check.
